Transferring your client’s pension

Are you an IFA wishing to transfer a client’s pension? The FSA monitors the transfer of pensions very closely, so making sure you have the right expertise and that you carry out due diligence is essential. Winsec has specialists with the necessary qualifications and resources to help you. We will agree a non-compete clause with you, so that we do not act for your client in any other matter. We will follow your instructions and, after carrying out an analysis, will advise you whether or not the pension should be transferred.

If it should, we will implement the transfer as quickly as possible, assuming full PI responsibility. We will also agree any fee sharing arrangements with you before proceeding on a case by case basis.
